Miguelina Sepúlveda Bassa is the Founder and Executive Director of Break The Circle Foundation. Inspired by her passion for advocacy, healing, and community empowerment, she created the organization to support individuals and families impacted by domestic violence and help them rebuild their lives with dignity, confidence, and hope.

Through leadership, education, outreach, and people-centered support, Miguelina continues to guide the foundation's mission of breaking cycles of abuse and strengthening communities through awareness, compassion, and action.

Tania Ortega Conce serves as the Executive Secretary of Break The Circle Foundation. She plays an important role in supporting the organization's operations, communications, outreach efforts, and community engagement initiatives.

Tania is committed to helping individuals and families impacted by domestic violence access resources, support services, and opportunities that promote healing, empowerment, and personal growth.

Camille Torres serves as Treasurer of Break The Circle Foundation, helping oversee the organization's finances and ensuring resources are managed responsibly to support its mission. Her commitment to accountability and community service helps strengthen the Foundation's impact and long-term success.
