The Women Leading Our Mission

Miguelina Sepúlveda Bassa is the Founder and Executive Director of Break The Circle Foundation. Inspired by her passion for advocacy, healing, and community empowerment, she created the organization to support survivors of domestic violence and help individuals rebuild their lives with dignity, confidence, and hope.

Through leadership, education, outreach, and survivor-centered support, Miguelina continues to guide the foundation's mission of breaking cycles of abuse and strengthening communities through awareness, compassion, and action.

Tania Ortega Conce serves as the Executive Secretary of Break The Circle Foundation. She plays an important role in supporting the organization's operations, communications, outreach efforts, and community engagement initiatives.

Tania is committed to helping survivors access resources, support services, and opportunities that promote healing, empowerment, and personal growth.
